  • To enquire after members’ wellbeing

How long we keep information

We keep your personal information for as long as you are a member of the club and may continue to hold it for up to five years afterwards.

Who we share information with

  • We share your personal information with other members including in a printed directory.

  • We may provide personal information about members and guests who wish to participate in a club event or activity to third parties who reasonably need to know it for the purposes of that event or activity.
